I ordered this item and in my notes I put that I wanted it to be a timber finish. It came and it was gold mirror. I have sent numerous emails advising this, even offering to pay for a replacement, but still have never had a response. The communication is really bad and I was warned of this from a friend, but still chose to go with Sugarboo anyway.
